“I was a bit skeptical since I have not been successful in cooking my own sirloin steak. It always ends up being too tough even though I follow the directions or it’s bloody Red and my husband, and I can’t stand it. I was extremely cautious. I haven’t cooked it less than the two or three minutes and turned off the heat and that was no longer read, but it was extremely tender. So I highly recommend this product.”
