“These are fork tender steaks. Prep is easy since they are precooked, while you are still able to finish heating to the level you prefer: rare, med rare, medium. etc etc. There is a definite marinated taste to the mrat but it is not overpowering. I have ordered these steaks before and am sold on the convenience, quality, and ease of preparation . I just re-ordered five packages.”
