“The Smoked Brisket was Delicious!!!!I I simmered it on the stove top with a little butter. Then about 5mins later added my own secret BBQ sauce. The meat was tender and I will be honest I found only 2 slice that had very little fat. That's an ULTIMATE Plus for me besides it being Tender. I ordered 2x and will continue to purchase more!!!”
