“My order was delivered to the wrong address, and by the time I finally found it, all of the items were thawed out and unusable. They refuse to refund me the almost $250 that my order cost me was off no use to me. Their offer of a $40 compensation is ridiculous. Also this was the second order from this company that I didn't get because it was delivered to the wrong house. I refuse to do any further business with this company. I contacted FedEx who was their shipper, and though their customer support assured me that they would send me a claim form for me to follow a claim (and they assured me that my order had been marked as damaged to ensure that I would be reimbursed), all I received was a customer questionnaire.”
“Hard dry, lacking flavor - other better meat vendors out there with better quality product and customer service... Also if you do order, check it over, they tend to short you or substitute unwanted items at their discretion...”
