“Sadly my butter arrived warm and when I emailed to report this, my disappoint was ignored and dismissed, telling me the product left the premises 24hours before and the packaging is designed to keep the product cool. No apologies or any customer service whatsoever. Very disappointed I have not rated anything other than customer service.”
