“I bought this to make a truffle Brie and a amuse bouche starter
I opened the pot on the 21st December to start off the brie, resealed it and placed it back in the fridge.
I reopened it on the 28th December to make the starter and the surface was covered in white mould. I cannot serve this to guests and so had to bin it.
The instructions on the pot tell you to "use within a month after opening". After one week it was not suitable for use.
I feel like I have been misled by Truffle Hunter. If you want to use the pot in 'one go' fine, but if you want to dip in and out of it I strongly recommend you do not buy this product”
