“We first found this oil a few years ago and were bowled over by the wonderful flavour. We loved the fact that it was rapeseed oil based, but the black truffle flavours made it taste so special and wonderful to drizzle on salads or use in cooking. We even dipped bread into it for a tasty first course. Then, in the last year for whatever reason we have struggled to find it in the shops, so bought other brands of truffle oil hoping they would do as substitutes.
