Truffle oil is a very delicate and acquired taste and having travelled the world and tried different types I can honestly say this is in the top 5 category.
I think the percentage of truffle could be increased by perhaps 20% and if so I would use it more regularly.
It is rather expensive considering the amount of natural truffle you see in the bottle.
I would be happy to see a larger bottle with a higher percentage of natural truffle.
I use it daily on poached eggs every morning and they are truly delicious.
It arrived very well packaged and promptly too.”
