“Bought the trunkie for a little girl who is absolutly delighted with it .
Ordering was easy . There was a couple if prioblems with delivery ( totally my own fault) which were dealt with politely and efficiently by customer services . The trunkie arrived in plenty of time for the birthday .
It is rare to find an on line customer service that replies sio quickly and dealp0s with the issues so with out making a drama of it .
