“I love the Trunki product and I have bought 2 for my niece and nephew but unfortunately the second one was not delivered to the actual address and cannot be located so my nephew has not received it. I have been in touch with the delivery company as they are to blame but they are not being at all helpful. I don’t want to complain to Trunki as this is not your fault but please could you help me resolve this matter.
