“I am pleased with the ToddlePak harness and also really grateful for a very helpful and efficient customer service that sent a replacement for the initial order when it didn't arrive. My only quibble is that the fastening buckle at the back was incredibly stiff and difficult to open at first. We persevered and eventually, after an hour of struggling, got it to relax a bit and open when we needed it to. It does get easier, but maybe it could be slightly less stiff and a note in the instructions about it eventually working more easily might be helpful. Otherwise, we are really happy with our purchase, thank you so much.”
