“I traditionally look to use liquid collagen, however, I decided to try something new. I thought an unflavored powder would be just the thing. I had quite a bit of trouble trying to get the powder to dissolve. Cold beverages were impossible it would lump together and not blend properly. Room temperature would do the same thing, but not as bad. I added it to hot liquids which worked well, except for the smell. This odor reminded me of something you would find in the bottom of your trash can. It was mostly tasteless however, I could not get past the smell. I added it to my coffee and had to throw the coffee out. I tried to mix in a very aromatic flavored drinks which did help me to get the collagen down, but ugh that smell. I saw little difference in the improvement of the joints, which was what I was taking it for. So for me, this is probably not something I will order again. I did finish this bottle but had to mix it with another brand that masked the flavor and smell.”
“This item had a foul odor. I received a replacement, and it had the same awful smell. The website states it shouldn’t have much of an odor, so it’s not a normal smell. I purchased another brand of the same collagen blend, and it had little to no smell (which confirms the smell isn’t normal). I wouldn’t purchase this item again, but customer service was 10/10 amazing, so I would consider purchasing other items from this brand.”
“I was loving the multi-collagen formula. I have used it for 2 months. I loved the odorless formula. I noticed fine lines around my eyes disappearing & was hoping to get improvement with joint pain next…I ordered a 4 pack this time because I was sure I wanted to continue using the product. Then, when I received my shipment, I opened the first canister to put a scoop into my morning coffee & was startled by the fish smell. I thought it was a one time issue & maybe the proportions of collagen types were off and that I should try another canister, so I opened a 2nd one and it has the same terrible smell. I even tried putting it into my coffee thinking I wouldn’t notice the smell once it was mixed thoroughly. I am so disappointed because I CANNOT use this product any longer. The fish smell is too powerful & makes me nauseous. I guess the formula has been changed & I can no longer recommend it to others. I will be returning the remaining two unopened canisters for a partial refund or credit.”
