What I love most about it is how it focuses on comfort & support for both the mom and baby. You can comfortably carry your baby around while doing other things. They even show you how you can nurse in it, and different video tutorials on ways to wear it/put the baby in and out of it. Also, the customer service was amazing! My package got lost in the mail and returned to sender due to my address correcting from highway to U.S. They sent me a new one right away and made sure it was what I wanted.
