“This carrier is great. It's soft and comfortable. I gave it one less star only because I feel it was cheaply stitched. I've only worn it a handful of times and stitching is already falling apart. Otherwise it's a nice carrier”

The fabric is so soft—literally going to wear this as a scarf when I don’t need a wrap anymore! “I order two wraps from them and when I had a shipping issue I wrote to them figuring I would get the “well we shipped so you should have received it” but I was pleasantly surprised and overjoyed that the ladies I spoke with jumped into action at the busiest point of the year (Black Friday and cyber monday) am made sure it got sent out to me with a nice surprise gift.
