“I received this as a gift From my registry and emailed the company to get shipping information as I had not gotten it in the mail yet. A woman emailed back, and then offered to help me via phone call. We eventually got it sorted out (turns out the purchaser marked it bought on the registry and did not actually buy it on this website), and I emailed the purchaser and received it in the mail days later. Turns out that the woman who was helping me was none other than Miranda, the founder of the company. The fact that she takes the time to answer customer service emails is amazing and she was so helpful. When I got the wrap, I was in love with the fabric!! Super light, soft and just stretchy enough. I’m due in August so this will be awesome for the hot summer months. I love the pattern and am overall so happy with this wrap, but even more happy with the customer service. Love Tuck and Bundle!”
“Fast shipping. This wrap is soft and comfortable. It was easy to wrap after watching the video. My baby is 4 weeks old and he loves it. It did take him a couple seconds to get use to it. Now I can do things around the house without my arms being sore from carrying him”
