“I recently received my wrap and the moment I took it out of the packaging, noticed a few small holes in the fabric. I contacted customer service and within a day they were shipping me out a new one! I haven’t fully used my wrap yet, but practiced with my older child a few times and it seems easy to use, the fabric is so soft, and I cannot say enough positive things about the prompt attentiveness of the customer service I received to resolve my issue.
