“This wrap is incredibly soft. The instructions for putting it on are very clear and easy to follow as are the videos on their website. This is my second child and I have tried 3 different carriers before I found this wrap. It is by far my favorite and the best. I feel like my baby is secure, it doesn’t hurt my back or shoulders, it’s easy to put on, and it folds up very compact for traveling. I live in Arizona and this is lightweight and should be perfect in the summer. Also, there was an issue with my first order and their customer service far exceeded my expectations. Overall, very impressed with this wrap and company as a whole.”
