“My first wrap had a small tear after only 3 uses (with a small 1 m/o baby) but when I reached out to customer service they were happy to send me a replacement at no cost. Love how lightweight & soft the wrap is. My baby naps so well in it! As long as you are realistic about how long your baby will be content to stay in one place/position, you will be pleased. Much better than others I have tried that have buckles or are prewrapped.”

“I had left a 1 star review originally only due to the leather label sewing issue and it was ripping. Customer service has been great and they are replacing it and sent it out next day. Very happy with the fabric and the light weight ness of it and the amount of fabric, it’s less than other wrap carriers. Thank you for the great customer service and fast response time.”
