“We ordered two bike sheds. - The estimated delivery was 7-14 days. We ordered on 27th June and it arrived on 3rd August. - They were very poorly packaged: the instruction sheets were all wet, and the all the hinges and screws were soaked. We had to email Tuin for an electronic copy and the instruction. - Some of the woods were split - The panels did not sit properly meaning there were unacceptable amount of gaps in places. The back panels were different height when put together. - Instruction was incorrect in many parts. We presume that that at some point they have changed the sheds slightly but they never changed the instructions. For example, it mentions 6 hinges but it only came with 2. If someone from Tuin actually spends the time to put the shed together using this instruction, they will know how inadequate the instruction is. To their credit, the customer care service has been prompt and we were told that they will collect the sheds and would offer us a full refund. This, however does not compensate for the 6 hours we spent trying to put one of the sheds together and 2 hours taking it apart and packaging it again for a collection. We did not even open the second shed as the first one was so bad.”
