“The felt shingles are good quality and produce a nice finish on the roof. My only complaint is that it would have been nice for some sort of "crown" finishing piece to be supplied for the Riina Cabin. I bought the metal finial, but I was very disappointed with the fit to the roof which was very poor.”
“Having lost felt shingle tiles from a gazebo following strong winds, I firstly spoke to Ben about replacement shingles. Having established my gazebo tiles were of a different type to those supplied by Tuin, I obtained the replacement tiles but decided to purchase felt shingle glue from Tuin. In total I spoke with three Tuin staff members, and all provided excellent customer service. The products arrived the day after ordering by Royal Mail. In truth the product has been a little disappointing. Whilst recognising the weather has been cold, I bought the glue to prevent further loss of tiles, but have had to cover the roof until the warmer weather arrives, as the glue failed to adhere the tiles.”
