“Good products let down by quality control. I had to glue 4 lengths as the wood was split. 1 rear length is nearly 2 inches shorter than the others and i had to borrow a router as one length had not been done and would not fit. I paid someone to help me so could not send it back as it was half way up when we realised. Should have taken a day but took a day and a half due to the messing around. Would i recommend it, probably not.”
“Great value cabin and fast easy delivery. Cabin looks good and now finished we are very pleased with the end result. Painted it grey with white trim around windows and doors. Improvements could be made with instructions though for the door frame, and i couldn't find any reference to window ledges...had to guess what the 2 left over pieces were, All in all I would recommend and am very happy with my cabin :)”
“Our Loya Log cabin was delivered last Monday as scheduled and placed on our drive exactly where we needed it by the friendly delivery driver. We left the package fully wrapped on our drive until the Saturday morning when we started the build. Started at 9am and by 4pm we had the roof on and a quarter of the floor. Started work again on Sunday morning and by 5pm had all of the build complete and half of it treated. Just waiting for some dry weather to get the remainder treated then will be filling it! “I ordered this in July after seeing my brother in law's, I was very impressed with his, right from the process of ordering the summerhouse to your delivery driver dropping off the cabin you were first class , the driver called about an hour before delivery and dropped off as close to the house as was possible, my nephew who built my brother in law's one also built this and we had it built in under 4 hours, we are absolutely delighted with the finished product and are looking forward to relaxing in it for years to come, the structure once built is solid and quite sound proof, a few of our neighbours have been in for a look and are now very keen on having one of them for themselves, I would recommend Tuin to anyone looking to build something similar in their garden”

“Loya Pent Roof Cabin: Went together very well. No warped pieces. Took 2 days to complete the build & treat the wood with preservative. Then another day to colour stain the cabin. Since had some extreme wind & torrential rain & the cabin has not let a drop inside. There were instructions included for the general build but none for the roof construction or felting so i had to use a bit of common sense for this. Overall a great, solid well made cabin. Very happy & i will definitely use Tuin again.”
“I was slightly apprehensive about making this purchase wondering if I had the necessary skills to construct my cabin, if the quality of the product was as good as the reviews said they were. As it turned out I need not have worried, from placing the initial order, delivery and construction everything went smoothly and I cannot rate the product or the company highly enough. I was particularly impressed when I emailed a question about some surplus pieces at about 8pm and received a response within 5 minutes now that is what I call good service. Friends have been to have a look and are so impressed with both the quality and the cost, that they are going to be ordering one themselves, so no doubt they will be using my new found expertise.
