“We ordered the Elburg after looking at a number of similar cabins, and based on the great reviews settled on the Elburg, and we are so glad we did! The delivery was fantastic, our street was too small for the waggon, but that wasnt an issue, driver unloaded onto a forklift and brought it straight to my door. On unpacking there were a couple of damaged pieces, caused by the location of knots in the wood. However I got on to Tuin and replacement pieces were with me within 2 weeks. Husband and I are enthusiastic amateurs but we were amazed how quickly and easily the cabin went up, it took us a weekend all in all. All contact with Tuin has been positive, my only slight gripe (and I recognise this is probably due to the pandemic) is that they dont answer the phone. You will always get an email response within 24 hours but that does mean a conversation may take a couple of days. All in all very positive experience and love the cabin!”

“Delivery driver couldn't have been more helpful, packaging was excellent, it rained for days after delivery and when it was finally dry we unpacked it and everything was dry as a bone. Took us 2 days to build which mean treating every piece twice before assembly, found the roof a little difficult but decided to suspend string to highlight the joists which meant I could get up there and roll the felt and hammer in. Now have a lovely new summer house/bar in our back garden, would recommend to anyone.”
“A brilliant product with excellent service. It took 2 days to assemble but the quality of the wood was excellent. The only negative would be that the instruction were very sketchy and you had to make your own way around on some stages of construction.”
