“Loving our cabin, delivery was smooth with a very helpful driver forklifting the cabin onto our drive. We got a company into fit it and Im glad we did as the instructions are basic but once they had sorted through all the pieces it came together well. If I could work out how to put some pictures on here I would it looks nice”
“Over 2000 is a reasonable amount of money to spend on a shed, enough to justify a visit to Tuins site in Norfolk just before lock down, I arranged a visit through Jamie, he met us when we arrived, then he let us have a wonder around the display area by ourselves and then came back to answer any questions we had, while in the display area we met Wayne, the guy on a lot of the instructional videos, just a nice bunch of people, we ordered our cabin there and then, everything from payment to delivery happened exactly as they said it would, the cabin took about 3 days to complete, myself and my wife who have never constructed anything this big before, watch all the videos you can, twice !! Stop mid build and have another look if you are unsure, to be honest the instructions are pretty basic, but with a little logic and common sense it will start to make sense, the only thing I couldnt find instructions / video for was finishing the ridge on the shingle roof,, its fair to say we are really pleased with the outcome, great quality, great service, great price, no hidden extras and a nice bunch people to boot, even the lorry driver was a nice fella, will be ordering a garden shed soon.”
“Great service from the start. We got the base completed early so asked if we could bring the delivery forward by a week or more if possible, yes no problem. Driver was very helpful. even when he couldnt get to the back due to parked cars. I built the cabin by myself in 2 days not counting the shingles. Very pleased with the finished cabin and would definitely recommend Tuin.”
“Very pleased with our Niklas log cabin. It has provided a versatile outside space which also houses our hot tub. Ideal for its purpose. The construction was relatively straight forward until we got to the door fitting. Neither the videos or the written instructions corresponded with our model but a very helpful staff member on the phone was able to talk us through and also sent a comprehensive set of photos, within 10 minutes the doors were fitted. Ordering and delivery were carried out extremely efficiently by the Tuin team and the delivery driver was ace. Looking forward to good times in our Tuin product. Would highly recommend.”

Delivery driver kept me informed of expected arrival time, packaging was waterproof, which helped as I had to wait 7 days for my installer. Assembly was very easy, instructions were simple to follow. All pieces fitted together with ease, no problems. So impressed that I purchased an additional log cabin.”
