“My Olaug log cabin was delivered on time last month, I checked the contents & just had one query about identifying parts which was quickly answered. The construction went very smoothly, I was able to get up to gable height on my own until I needed help with the roof trusses & purlins. Boarding the roof & fitting the shingles took 3 days on my own due to the steepness & needing cat ladders. I am very pleased with the quality & have had 3 very interested neighbours who asked where it came from. I could definitely get a job building theirs. I havent fitted the balcony yet or the floor, I concentrated on getting it weather tight”
“A great service from beginning to end. When we first called, the receptionist was very knowledgeable & answered all of my queries giving us the confidence to purchase. The delivery went without any problems whatsoever despite it arriving in an artic lorry. The driver was a very pleasant & helpful chap. The instructions were very clear, my wife 59 years old & I 63 years old managed to build the Olaug cabin on our own in 3 days! “The cabin was delivered efficiently, with great communication from tuin. The cabin went together with no issue in a couple of days the felt shingles taking most of the time ! Again with no issue . The timber used in these cabins is really top class as it's slow grown ,no twists or splits! I wouldn't hesitate buying another timber product from tuin !! Well done guys .”
