“looks great. and good quality. solid posts, and frame. all cut to shape and size. As a competent DIYer ,plans took a bit of decyphering and dimensions were incomplete necessitating some maths and educated guesswork. Gazebo was delivered almost double the estimated (12 weeks) time and poor communication. but price honoured. and well delivered. would deal with Tuin again.”
“Gazebo came well packaged on a pallet. Delivery went well. Assembly was difficult at times but this was not because of the build plans, we made the fatal error of not placing the parts together. This meant hunting for the correct pieces, we used a process of ellimination and eventually got through it. As for quality, all components look spot on and I suppose only time will tell. Overall I am pleased with the product and has created a perfect place.”
“Amazing, huge gazebo - envy of all our friends. Room for a hot tub, full seating set and a fire bowl. Great quality wood - went together really well but clearly it's a big job. Can't fault it or the service from Tuin.”
“The instructions that come with the gazebo are adequate but not great. Once built, the gazebo looks impressive. The roof boards were all about 2 inches too short even though the roof was perfectly positioned. I called a local builder to check just in case I had made a mistake but he confirmed the boards were too short. I had to buy some extra wood in order to secure the roof boards to each corner of the frame. I also had to buy additional screws and roof racks. The gazebo feels pretty flimsy until its all built and the roof is on. I purchased the height adjustable feet which sounded good but I would probably sit the gazebo on the floor, they seem to allow plenty of sway and I intend to build up around these to try and make it feel more secure.”
“I purchased an Ultimo Gazebo 4.44 x 6.94m mainly because there did not appear to be other companies that supplied this size of unit. I bought it for going over a swim spa and it doe sthe job we wanted it to. I was very pleased with the purchase and delivery process. The quality of product is very good. I assembled it myself with some help from my son in assembling the main frame. With the method of construction access to working on the roof is somewhat difficult even with staging. My only real complaint is that the individual timbers are not marked. The only way to identify the parts was by measuring them and they were not always the size stated on the plans. This wasted a lot of time. However I managed to erect it and fit all the shingles in a period of 10 mandays. Could be done quicker if there were always two people working on it but I was working on my own most of the time. Overall a very satisfactory purchase and would certainly recommend it.”
“I ordered this to stand alongside my Blackpool Log Cabin, I had the free shingles on both and TUIN ensured the same colour was delivered for both. The Gazebo proved to be more difficult than the Log Cabin to construct, mainly because there was no instruction sheet and no guidance for the parts, which are of many various sizes. They look great together and I am very pleased with the quality of the products and the quality of service. The delivery drivers in both cases, Colin from Walpole in Norfolk and the driver from Holland, were excellent and considerate.”
“This is the second gazebo I have purchased from Tuin having previously bought the Corfu. The ordering process was very easy and delivery was agreed on a time when I asked. The gazebo was erected very easily and we are very pleased with the final result. I would recommend Tuin as a great company to work with providing high quality products.”
