“I found the log cabin fairly easy to construct. The instructions themselves while adequate could be a little better. I discovered as well that it is essential to have everything as flat and square as possible otherwise you can face difficulty putting the T&G roof on. All in all I am happy with the product especially for the price I paid compared to what other suppliers where charging for the same/similar product. If I had the money I would probably go for 28mm logs instead of the 19mm ones. Emailing with questions was the best way to communicate as replies came back normally the same day and within an hour of sending. Really appreciated that and the help given.”
“Excellent service, both before and after the sale. Prompt and helpful responses to all questions, and a minor shortfall (flooring) was dispatched immediately that I enquired about it. The delivery itself was great, with the driver phoning before arrival and leaving the article in a sensible place while using a forklift in our narrow village lane. The shed base is now down and I am looking forward to erecting the shed. Can't therefore comment on it yet, but I am at least confident that Richard and his team will be there for me if I need any advice! Judging from the quality of the component pieces, I am confident that it will be impressive when in place. Highly recommended.”
