“A fantastic building, great design and good quality. Unfortunately a delivery delay of several months, poor communication from TUIN and truly awful instructions (if you can call them that!) let them down. There are good blogs on the TUIN site, but they are not very useful if you are outside in the rain! Comprehensive written instructions in booklet form with the delivered products are the way to go. Great product but the overall experience was incredibly painful!”
“Fantastic product. Ordering process was extremely simple, communication could not have been better and delivery was exceptional - large truck could not stop immediately outside our property so parked about 1/2 mile away and brought a huge pallet back down the road on a small forklift, placing it in the exact spot we wanted it. Product itself is excellent with good quality timber and everything supplied down to small nails. Very simple to build as all just slots together, albeit it needs a bit of thought before you start. Only slight criticism is that the instructions are not good at all. They are not clear and rely just on drawings which are too small to identify individual parts properly. The double-door illustration is actually useless and you have to work it out for yourself. There are also a few surplus bits of planed timber which are not listed on the inventory and cannot be identified from the drawings, but which obviously have a specific purpose. That said, it is fairly easy to work out what goes where and very easy to put together once you have. I built on my own in two days, plus a further day to install insulation, floor, ceiling and roof covering. Most difficult thing is agreeing what colour to paint it!! Would wholeheartedly recommend”
“Excellent service. The delivery of the cabin was very slick. The driver from Holland was friendly and had the pallet unloaded and on my driveway in approx 5mins! I used my local builder, who had constructed the base to erect the cabin for me. The only niggle we really had was installing the door/frames, as the instructions provided did not cover this configuration of door frame. Excellent online guidance. Joinery (doors and windows) very good quality. We had the cabin constructed in 2no full days. Really pleased with it so far.”
“With 2020 being the year that we couldn't go to the pub, it seemed to be the next best option to bring the pub to me. With that in mind I decided to have a log cabin built in my garden. Initially there seemed to be almost as many suppliers as there were designs. Having spoken to a friend who had bought a Tuin and based on his recommendation I chose the Stig Cabin from Tuin. The half and half layout offered me the chance to have a bar and site a hot tub in the open end. I could not be happier with the finished cabin. It is robustly made, and simple to erect for someone with some diy experience. Tuin kept me informed throughout the delivery process, and although delivered directly from Holland, even gave the Dutch hauliers details. I couldnt be happier with my purchase, and the "Fisherman's Arms" is up and ready for "business"”
“Im not one for writing long reviews so Ill simply say this... IF YOU WANT THE BEST MOST FRIENDLY AND EFFICIENT SERVICE KNOWN TO MAN WITH THE FRIENDLIEST STAFF AND AMAZINGLY GOOD QUALITY PRODUCTS .. THEN DONT GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!! Seriously from the bottom of our hearts, you have been INCREDIBLE from start to finish. We are in heaven in our hot tub, within our cabin. THANK YOU TUIN.”
