“Very pleased with the finished gazebo which I put it up my self last summer,just needed 2 people to put the first 2 rafters up Would recommend securing the roof slates with screws pre-drilled rather than the pins supplied other than that it was a well made and supplied gazebo. Would definitely recommend and have done.”
“I am very pleased with the Kos Gazebos,although the plans supplied were woefully inadequate and therefore it was not as easy to erect as stated.The roof in particular was difficult due to some warped timber. Delivery was on time but it was not made clear HOW it would be delivered.It came on a LARGE pallet and was deposited in the driveway,which meant I had to unpack it and take it piece by piece to the erection site .At 74 years of age and not in the best of health I would have arranged help had I been informed of how these goods were being delivered.”
“I am really happy with the Larch Gazebo and cannot fault Tuin at all - everything has been excellent starting with my initial fact finding phone call with the Tuin office. The delivery driver was great too as he had to drive the last 250 yds along our narrow road with his forklift truck and kindly dropped the pallet down our drive and out of the way. I built the Gazebo myself with the help of a friend and it took a good few days but we didn't rush and everything went together pretty smoothly and it now looks great.”
“excellent quality, very robust and straight forward to erect. The shingles were easy to fit and really finished of the build. One suggestion is to make sure all the staples are put into the dunage rather than into the finished timber. I would definitely recommend.”
“The Gazebo sits well on our new decking set within our Indian sandstone patio. The red shingles provide a good looking watertight finish to the roof. Delivery was made as agreed and the gazebo kit was forklifted down our drive on a larger than average pallet. Erection of the gazebo was fairly straight forward and was completed in a day employing a gang of 3. The shingles were fixed the following day. Unfortunately two of the larch members of the ring beam were too twisted to join together so the hole ring beam was substituted with structural grade 4 x 2. Time and other commitments did not allow for us as ask Tuin to change the twisted larch pieces. Despite this we are pleased with the finished result and have made the most of the lovely shaded area this hot summer!”

“Excellent product. We travelled up from Essex to Norfolk to look at the quality beforehand and were very happy with it. The ordering and delivery were quicker than expected, and well organised. Our builders erected it and although the diagrams packed with the kit were a bit scant on the roofing, the Tuin blog was very helpful as were staff at Tuin when they phoned to check a couple of details. Very satisfied with the end result.”
