From ordering our log cabin to getting it delivered everyone was very helpful and nice. The delivery was on the day they said and the cabin is well packaged and secure. The delivery guy was nice and professional. Our cabin isn't built yet but I can't wait to see the finishing results.

The Cabin was delivered by a wonderful gentlemen, wrapped and perfectly packed. You can tell just from this, before we even started building the product it was pure quality. The cabin, considering its size was up in around 4.5 hours with two people. Its an absolute pleasure to build, the shingle option I added makes the cabin look pure high class and overall it is a true asset to the garden. I tell everyone about how simple the cabin was to build, how quick to have a near 20 meter square cabin and how happy I am with it. Cannot fault it at all. Furthermore the customer service when I was selecting the paint was also so responsive and helpful. All round excellence.

My wife and I found the website really easy to use and helpful, delivery was on time and done by a very helpful fella who moved the huge box of kit around to suit us. Now its built, the cabin is a fantastic space and just the right size for a nice entertaining area. Dont underestimate the time it takes to treat a cabin of this size, it's taking longer than putting the cabin up.

My Meaghan cabin was delivered and carefully placed on our drive, using a fork lift truck driven by the lorry driver. He was very pleasant and punctual. Having decoded the instructions, they could do with some extra illustrations in a couple of places, together with help from my neighbour we unpacked the huge pack of materials and carefully placed them in my double garage all sorted by their coded letters and numbers. That took us the best part of a day in between rain showers. When a dry day arrived were we all ready to start building the Cabin on a previously well prepared base with the ring beams in place. We started at 9:00 Am and had completely assembled the cabin by 19:30 including a 1 hour lunch break. The cabin was very easy to assemble with 2 people following the instruction's. I am extremely pleased with the end result. I have applied 2 coats of a Sandolin wood preserver stain to the external wood.

This was our best decision to choose Tuin to provide us our new "shed" as a lockdown project. They made the whole process so easy and delivered to the door within minutes of their specified date and time . The pallet was perfect and with the many available video clips available erection was very easy. We now have a great "shed" with bar, darts, pool table and TV as an extra room. Our teenage boys love it and it is in high demand. We have named it The Covid Arms. Great quality and finish.

This is my second log cabin and couldn't fault the quality of the wood that has been used. Delivery driver was very helpful and happy to put the pallet where we wanted when unloading from the lorry. Cabin went together well but my only criticism is the door frame which is a little flimsy when you put it together but it is fine when in-situ.

After spending months pondering over whether to get someone in to build me a new shed/log cabin or build my own, and many months searching all the various websites, I am glad I chose Tuin and their Meghan log cabin. Deliver was smooth and very helpful putting the very large pallet on my drive so I could still get my car on. Unpacking next and sorting everything out, I was unsure what a couple of items were so a photo and an email to their help desk was answered promptly and everything sorted ok. The build really is as simple as the video shows, watch the video as the drawings are a little lacking in detail. I had help getting the roof bearers up, the rest I did on my own. The roof shingles took nearly 2 days, so was time consuming and sore(buy knee pads, they saved my knees). I went for the 26mm floorboard and putting the bearers down and the floor took 2 days also. I haven't had the weather to coat it in protection yet but I have added guttering and a water butt (which is an essential really). I have installed a ring main and lighting for my usage, I used round conduit as recommended by Tuin and fastened it in place loosely to allow the logs to move and breathe. I had a couple of knots leak so I bought Coltron knotting solution applied and no more leaks. In summary, the cabin build is a days work and goes together really easily if you keep everything square. Roof shingles are slow and painstaking, floor very similar. The finish I am very pleased with and will be contacting Tuin to send them some finished pictures.
