The service from start to finish was fabulous. Tuin did exactly what they said they would do. Gave delivery window, then confirmed the date, called ahead to tell us exactly when it would be delivered, and duly arrived. Tuin was flat packed, order checked by lovely driver. It took our guys a day or so to put up in the heat of this summer! I still dont know how they did it. It is a stunning, sturdy bit of kit and we are delighted ! Thank you. “Great cabin for the money only one thing I would suggest why can the cabin supplier not number the roof panels and show on the drawing this would make it so much easier to erect as they are not all the same size .”
“Great product and service. The gazebo was delivered as promised with no damages or missing parts. After reading the very detailed instructions both online and the ones that came with the gazebo it was a breeze to put up. It took two of us a day. The bulk of the time being spent on the roof shingles.”
“We would not have been able to assemble this with out a carpenter. We added felt under the roof shingles, and spent a lot of time getting the structure level. We also had new struts and sills made as they were either non existent or ill fitting. We are, however, very pleased with our Mitch gazebo.”
