“I, like many, did my research before purchasing a log cabin. I was swayed by the overwhelming positive reviews. It started, not great, as I asked my cabin to be delivered in my back garden but when I returned home it was on the drive. However, from there on in it could not have been better. I asked a couple of questions to the out of office guys/girls and they responded almost instantly with reassuring advice. I built the cabin in one day, and did the shingles and constructed my own floor the following day. For the money I don't believe you can beat this company. The service is excellent and the product even better. If it wasn't such quality I will be buying another, however I can't see that happening as this will probably out last me.”
“Delivery was a dream. Despite awkward access, the cabin was delivered on time and with no problems. After studying the videos and instructions, assembly was very easy and problem free. I had a couple of small queries, but my emails to Tuin were answered very quickly and efficiently.The actual assembly was very quick, but if you include time to treat all the timber and carry it through from the other side of the house, it probably took me a couple of weeks to do the job single handed. Just needs some paint now, once the weather gets warmer.”

“It's taken awhile to complete but this is purely due to our circumstance. Once build was underway it went up very quickly - my husband felt the shingles could have been better explained - especially the starting row but all other aspects of the build were very quick and easy. We came to Tuin after friends had bought a cabin. Tuin came highly recommended and I have to say that we are not disappointed !!! I have already recommended Tuin to friends of mine. This is going to be my husbands office and daughters study room - we've put a sofa bed in there, when the bed is out there is not a lot of space left but fine for that occasional extra bed that we may need. Everything from delivery to end product has been great! Thank you”
“I ordered the log cabin on line and it arrived within five days as promised. Building the cabin went smoothly and any help I needed was available on line. I did send a couple of emails out-of-hours and they were responded to very quickly. The quality of the cabin is excellent and the whole process has proved to be enjoyable and also rewarding. I have even offfered to build one for my son-in-law who is considering buying one having seen mine.”
“Like many people on here I weighed up lots of options but based on reviews I eventually plumped for Tuin. I can honestly say their product, their service is fantastic. I built my cabin in a day and placed insulation on roof and floor, and floor as well as damp proof membrane and shingles on the second day. Very simple to do. Instructions concise, but if you watch the videos it will all literally fall into place. I am currently painting it, in between working. I'll post pics when done. Top company, if only they weren't so good I'd probably buy another one but such is the quality I can't see that happening any time soon.”
