“I had an initial problem with delivery of my log cabin, as it was out of stock, but the Staff at Tuin kept me informed. The delivery was faultless, the driver Steve was very helpful in siteing the pallets on my driveway. I had no parts missing and all in good condition, after sorting the piles of wood into different piles I began the task of construction. It was very surprising on how quick it went up, and as I was doing it on my own it is as easy as they say, I would reccomend watching the YouTube videos and reading the instruction manual. As the Lorry cabin has a low inclined roof I purchased the self adhesive aluminium roof covering, my only complaint is the instructions on the box are not in English and are cannot be found on the internet, I did find a video which was helpful, but it did not state how sticky this stuff is, if you as much as touch the two halves together or get the peel off covering touching the sticky side your in trouble! Anyway after a difficult start I did manage to get the roof completed. I still have the facia boards and painting to complete but the cabin is now basically watertight. Allthough I'm knacked and it was very hard work on my own to build I am pleased with the outcome and would reccomend Tuin and would use them again.”
“Brilliant. Really easy. Arrived when planned, packed well / safe. Fitted together easy, High quality. Door fitting was a bit awkward - one set hinges drilled wrong. Roofing felt isn't the best, would recommend upgrading to a different roof material. Still overall 4.8 out of 5.”
“Super cabin, excellent value. I used the recommended installers and factory undercoating and am so glad I did. The quality of the door and window furniture are poor quality and I will replace them. There are areas of woodwork which have been cut with a ragged edge but it is all small things compared to the cost of something from the more well known suppliers. The t&g flooring 27mm thick was an extra 500 plus and wasnt well machined to uniform thickness/width but I complained to Tuin came up with a compromise. By this stage the floor was laid. Very pleased with the finished product.”
