“Excellent Cabin, we were looking at insulated offices on other sites but found the Casper on Tuin and we were not disappointed by the quality and overall experience. The delivery was professionally and efficiently carried out with no fuss and the cabin was well protected against the elements. The building of the walls/logs was really easy and straightforward, the only criticism was that the plans were a bit vague regarding the roof/soffit finish but as soon as we realised that there were multiple ways to finish this off it all made sense. I would definitely recommend Tuin for a Timber Cabin.”

“The cabin is good quality and looks great, delivery was fantastic. The instructions are woefully inadequate and very poor, to the point of go figure it out yourself! I believe I am capable when it comes to most DIY jobs, but I struggled several times with this Cabin, purely due to the very poor instructions. You get a plan, which includes diagrams of a basic log cabin (not the one youve purchased), and a general advice booklet, which is also very inadequate. It does not tell you when to install the iron bars, how to install the doors or windows, the gazebo beams or what fixtures to use on each part. The two louvred panels are a nightmare to put together (why arent these pre-assembled?) I emailed Tuindeco during the build, and had a response a couple of days later!! Finally the barge boards around the roof appear a bit cheap and flimsy, which is a shame because the rest of the cabin is very solid. I like the cabin and it looks great now its built, but I feel let down by those poor instructions, which if better could easily have saved me a days labour!!”
