It's outer cover is made of soft material for athletes to roll, land and pounce on. The Home Practice Mat will come vacuum packed in a sealed bag to cut down the shipping size. We recommend putting the cover on before the foam expands and allow 48 hours after opening for the Home Practice Mat to fully expand before using it.

Does the Home Practice Mat have carrying handles?
The Home Practice Mat does not have carrying handles but is light enough to maneuver around the house easily.
Is the material machine washable?
We recommend spot cleaning, or, machine wash on a gentle cycle with mild detergent. Air dry.
What is the weight limit for this mat?
The mat is designed to cushion a landing from a low-medium height for users under 150 pounds. Use the mat on top of a tumbling mat for added protection.
Is the material waterproof?
The material is not waterproof. It is quilted, stretch polyester material.
Is there latex in the material?
There is no latex present in the materials of this mat.
How long does it take for the foam to decompress after I unbox it from its packaging?
The foam can take anywhere from 48-72 hours to regain its normal shape after being compressed for shipping. We also recommend putting the foam in the cover to allow the foam to expand inside the cover.
