It is gentle on the body, allowing for repetition of skills without added stress on joints. The Hot Spot has become popular amongst gymnasts, cheerleaders, dancers and obstacle course enthusiasts looking to add a little fun and bounce to their training in a small, compact space.
It's 3 feet in diameter, just the right amount of space to use for punching take offs like punch fronts, aerials or dive rolls, or as a dynamic surface to take off from when doing back tucks, back handsprings or jumps.

My daughter loves her hot spot! She keeps it in the corner of her room and pulls it out constantly to practice skills and burn off energy. Its absolutely perfect for small spaces or indoor winter work outs!

The Hot Spot is an excellent tool to help give gymnasts/dancers the extra boost they need with flipping/tumbling and practicing leaps. We bought this for at home use and couldn’t be more pleased. We use it to practice back tucks on the carpeted mat and also as a tool under the bars. Highly recommend! Tumbl Trak equipment is high quality and worth the price

We have limited indoor and outdoor space, so the larger tumble tracks aren't an option. This is a great option for our daughter to practice her jumps and leaps at home. She also uses it for her over splits and some other stretching.

I am an owner and gymnastics instructor of a mobile gymnastics business. The hot spot is so easy to transport, inflate and deflate after classes. Since mini trampolines are not allowed in the daycare schools I teach at due to liability, this great little hot spot is low enough to the ground so students can be safe while practicing their different jumps and use it for different drills. My students just love jumping on it! I'd love to get a few more in the future and different colors.
