We ordered the shoulder trainer for my 7-year-old who has trouble keeping her shoulders open into and out of skills. She loves it!

Wow what a difference in all areas of our program. We now have 3 of them and we use them for every event but I have to say we saw the most improvement on floor . Our girls are finally doing straight arm back extension rolls . We also take them to the meets for warm up.

The open shoulder trainer helped my daughter become more aware of her shoulders while doing round-offs and back handsprings. While it limits the ability to swing her arms, it makes correct shoulder placement while doing stunts.

Keeps my daughter's arms in the correct position while learning proper technique for backwalkovers and front walkovers. I appreciate having it for home practice and cheer practice too!

Love this it is exactly what we needed for some of those that drop their arms coming up from backwalkovers. Also very helpful with handstands and backhandsprings.
