Buy the stabilizers! Our daughter is only 40 lbs. She couldn’t do big casts or a simple sole circle dismount without it rocking. The stabilizers made all the difference.

These were just what we needed to stabilize the jr kip bar for my older daughter. She can now do all her skills without it rocking. We did add the piece of plywood also. She is a level 3 gymnast.
