The Fitness Mat PLUS provides a comfortable mat for floor workouts with 1-3/8” foam padding.

Does the Fitness Mat PLUS fold or roll?
The Fitness Mat PLUS does not fold or roll up, but it is super lightweight to move around and stores easily away in a closet or under a bed. It is also very easy and quick to move in and out of your workout area when needed or not needed.
Can I connect the Fitness Mat PLUS to another one to make it longer or wider?
Yes! The Fitness Mat PLUS has velcro flaps that allow you to connect two or more together. They can be connected end-to-end to make the mats longer or side-by-side to make the mats wider. The velcro flap folds out of the way when not being used.
How can I clean the vinyl on the mat?
Gentle cleaners work well to wipe down the mat.
