We live in a large valley and only have one net provider. If we have family staying then the bill gets higher for the usage. This is an answer to prayer. We installed it and getting 3-4 bars and sometimes full. Great substitute and no more monthly bills. I’d love to become a distributor for our area if possible.

My house in the Florida panhandle is 9 miles from the AT&T tower. In my 40x40 ft eight room house I would get one bar is 40% of the house. I could walk from the back with one bar to the front and lose service. I was not able to get the signal strength test to work with my iPhone, but felt any improvement had to be good. I got a plastic covered 2 inch dowel from Lowe's and mounted the Booster on top of the pole and the lighting arr ester between the booster and the cable. My original test run of the cable was through the door and into the center of the house and everything worked fine with the lights on the SureCall transceiver. I now had two bars in every room of the house and sometimes three. This made me feel a lot better making a business call. But when I ran the cable down the pole around the deck and through the wall and then along the baseboard I fell about 10 feet short of my original run. The signal was still good, but the RH light was now blinking yellow. I had bought the 50 ft cable. When I go back next month I am going to add a connector and an additional 25 ft to try and get green lights all the way around.

Hi John, it's great to hear that the Flare is working well for you. Just one quick note, it's ok if the lights flash yellow, that typically means that the amplifier is self-adjusting for maximum performance. The more cable you add, the more loss you'll have, so you may be able to get the alert lights to turn off, but your performance may actually be worse than with the lights on. If you need extra cable, I recommend trying to get an RG-11 cable made to the exact length you need and use that. Then you get the benefit of lower loss and the length you need. If you have any questions or if there's anything else we can do to help, give us a call!
