“Incorrect product was sent of a lower value than the one ordered. Packaging also damaged. The purchase was for a birthday gift which made this especially disappointing. I emailed to ask for a replacement/ refund though no reply so sent a second email, however the response over the refund took several days, and arrived after the birthday which was too late to resolve. Would not use this website again.”
