“This Yoto player works well, but it’s the second one I ordered. (This time from Amazon who are far more efficient and cheaper!) The first Yoto player didn’t work at all and your customer service was so useless I had no choice but to send it back and demand a refund. This took FAR longer than it should have done as you seen to think return labels are not to be given out easily. And a week later I STILL have not received my refund! I will never buy anything from your company again and will warn others to avoid Yoto.”

“We bought our Yoto for our 9-year-old, and it's been a game-changer! The nightlight is a wonderful addition to the device and the sleep sounds have all been amazing. The range of cards is fantasic, and we especially love the lifescore dream collection and the Disney classics ranges just before bedtime. Can't wait to add the Yoto Mini to our collection for Christmas too.”

“My 3 year old loves having her Yoto at bedtime, and it helps us create a smooth transition and settle her in her room. Our favourite aspect is the "Make your Own" cards. We have a lot of audio books already on CD, and so it is great to be able to transfer them to this format. It's also lovely to be able to use 'Make Your Own' and have grandparents read stories or poems and personalise them. I was really impressed by how user-friendly and straightforward everything to do with the Yoto is. Setting it up is a breeze, and so is uploading audios and creating new cards. When we had some issues with our player, Customer Support were excellent. I would highly recommend the Yoto to any family.”

“My 4 year old daughter loves her Yoto player and listens to it every night. It gives her independence choosing her bed time story and it has made bed time much easier. Books are a bit pricey but overall I’d recommend it!”
