“This product is of poor quality and leaves a lasting tacky feeling on the hands, accompanied by a squeaky dry sensation. It also causes significant pilling on the hands, and if used immediately before bedtime with dark-coloured sheets, the pilling will be transferred and smooshed into bedding. I consulted with an Ultraceuticles representative who suggested that other products I may be using and the amount of cream I apply to my hands could be contributing factors. However, I clarified that I only use a small amount of product and apply it after thoroughly washing and drying my hands. I specifically requested that they provide advice on which other products to avoid before using the product and clarify the correct amount of product to use, as the website suggests using two to three pumps, which is odd, given this product comes in a tube. Unfortunately, they have refused to respond to my inquiries, leaving me to believe that they only respond to customers who don’t ask questions. This product is of poor quality, and the customer service department is equally inadequate.”

“This is definitely the most expensive handcream I have purchased, and as a 45year old woman, who has worked as a chef for over 0 years, my hands have aged dramatically. Its beens two weeks of using this hand cream before bed and I am amazed by the results I'm seeing in such a short amount of time. The skin on top of my hand feels soft and smooth, and stays like that throughout the day. The tips of my fingers have deep lines/wrinkles and they have softened. In love with this handcream.”
