“I was so disappointed with the customer support at Ultraceuticals. They sent me two products, both with dodgy packaging which means I’ve lost half of both products. I had to chase them up via email, online form, and then constantly tag them on Instagram, to even get a response from them. When they did respond, they just acknowledged my feedback without offering any compensation or refund. So so disappointing and rude. I suggest you steer clear as this brand does not care about its customers.”

“I use the Ultra Brightening cream morning and night. At night I use it over the top of the DNA cream. My skin is becoming significant brighter, smoother and feels just beautiful.”
