“The first time I used this product I didnt know how to use it and I didnt see where the instructions were on the packaging, so I gave a poor review, now that I know how to use it I'd defintly recommend it.”

“Ive never used a mask before and for a first time user the product instructions were not very good, I didnt realise there was a clear film on the mask and only noticed it after the 15 minutes when I took it off. I received this as a free gift, if I had to pay for it I would have asked for my money back. I dont feel that I got a propper go of it. I was really looking forward to see how it felt and what the result would be so Im quite disapointed.”

Hi Gina, Thank you for your feedback. On the back of the packaging for the Ultra B2 Hydrating Mask, it mentions that the mask should be removed from the plastic backing. Since this is a hydrogel mask, the plastic backing is needed to keep the mask in place until use. “Love this product. What I would like know in my review is that I order fully online. I used to receive samples with Ultraceuticals orders, but I don't now. This is disappointing given my 20+ years of loyalty, and amount of money I spend on the products each year.”
