“The product itself is fine. However trying to get the product out of the container is very difficult. This is the third serum I have had issues with. There is still plenty of serum left in the bottle but it simply will not come out of the bottle. Time to move onto another brand.”

“Really disappointed that this is the second occasion I’ve bought this item where the container has failed. For a premium product at a premium price, I’d expect the packaging to be reliable and function correctly. I’d appreciate your advice on how this can be resolved.””
