“Consultation was very informative. Ive been layering my moisturiser under my spf as suggested and my skins liking that. The consultation was very comprehensive, however I was only after one product to add into my routine, with a view of maybe a second one to add in further down the line. I was recommended around 5 products, which felt a bit much. What I liked about my in-store experience when I started on ultraceuticals was that it all felt very tangible and realistic with my goals. The therapist asked me if I wanted a basic or more complex routine, which I found helpful. She wrote down everything that she thought might be helpful, but what to start out on, rather than everything all at once.”

“After receiving little care/support from my local Ultraceuticals stockist, I reached out via online chat to UItraceuticals HQ. Miriam is very knowledgeable and was quick to respond to my query with an email outlining our discussion. I had further questions so rang HQ and Miriam was quick to respond to my call back request. During and after our phone call, I was supported in my decisions and felt like Miriam shared the same thought process as myself. Without completely changing my routine, I left feeling informed and confident in my decision to restock some items, and add in new products. Miriam was polite, professional and friendly/warming on the phone and was very efficient and knowledgeable of the brand. It was a pleasure speaking with Miriam and I will 100% be reaching out in the future rather than my local stockist. Thank you again Miriam.”
