“I have used so many products over the years, even spent way to much for some, but never had anyone explain in depth the why and how to use each product like Vanessa explained to me through our zoom consultation. I found the whole experience so easy and convenient. I’m super excited to start my new products and feel so confident that I’ll see results. Also having our booked follow up skin consultation is a bonus!”

“My usual salon was closed over Christmas and I was repurchasing some products and randomly decided to do the online skin consult. I am SO glad I did this!! I was feeling so confused about what products to use and what would actually help my skin. Jess is so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and is so patient. She really takes the time to understand your concerns and recommend the best products and routine based on your needs. My skin is loving having a routine that is actually designed to improve it instead of an assortment of random products Id accumulated. Ive always struggled with my skin confidence and thought Id never have nice skin but from working with Jess I have hope again and feel like one day I may actually like my skin (which is a big deal for me!). The only reason I havent given 5 stars is because Im still working on my skin and havent got there yet but Ive also been slowly introducing ultraceuticals products so this is most likely my doing anyway! I cant fault Jesss service, knowledge and just all round lovely personality relaxed”

“Jess is warm, super friendly and makes me feel comfortable. During our consultations I feel like Im catching up with an old friend! Very knowledgeable and has been helpful when I have asked questions or wanted to know more about a particular thing. I dont feel rushed, pressured or made to feel silly especially since Im quite new to skin care. I have loved working with Jess so we can find routine/products that work for me and my skin. Thanks so much Jess!”

“I have been consulting with Jess online for a while and she has given me ongoing skincare advice which has kept my skin glowing even without any in person treatments. She is always so lovely and upbeat to talk to and the suggestions for tweaking my routine have always delivered results. I have always felt that she is genuinely interested in helping me and her product knowledge is second to none. I also appreciate the tips on what products have special offers on! “I have been using ultraceuticals for 6 years and wanted to get the most out of my skin care regimen for my upcoming wedding. Vanessa was amazing at tweeking my current routine, advising on how best to apply the products and giving me some tips for how to get the most out of ultraceuticals. I dont know why I hadnt considered having an online consultation sooner. I had previously only an in salon consult prior to this but I found this consult to be far more beneficial as you really learn about the order to apply the product, how to apply the product and what benefits that you should see. I would highly recommend doing this even as an avid ultraceuticals user I found it so beneficial actually I prefer this to an in salon consult as you can do this from your desk at a convenient time to you. Highly recommend.”
