“Can potentially size down - I tried my usual size initially which was fine and then tried a size down to try to get a curvier look, and it also fit well.
The thin linen is soft and feels lovely. The movement of the fabric when trying on is beautiful. However, highlighting the waist tie as if there is some degree of adjustment available to the wearer is misleading. The only option that doesnt distort the fabric of the dress is to loosely fasten the tie in the back and go with the boxy relaxed look - which can be great, but for nearly $00 I was hoping for something more versatile that could also cinch at the waist by tying tighter or around in front (tried both directions for the ties to go round). Might have worked crossing the ties in back and going round to the front, if the ties had been a bit longer, as that distorted the back less than the other direction. Going to dig out some belts to try, but would still need to figure out what to do with the ties dangling down beneath it. May need to return.”
