“This is a nice heavy weight jacket. The black color is as solid a black as I have seen in denim. The jacket is very loose fitting and I thought about sizing down but I think I will keep it so I can layer. I am a size and purchased a Large. It is a bit bigger than I would normally like in an over-sized garment.
The jacket is heavy. I am guessing it is about 3 pounds (size Large). I can wear it comfortably in forty degree weather. The heavy denim blocks the wind well.
The jacket is very well made. The snap buttons work well. The front top pockets are a little larger than what you normally see. The lower hand pockets are huge! The reach the button placket on the front center.
I am 5' 10" and the sleeves are long enough. The jacket length on me is about inches shorter that the pictures so it doesn't totally cover my behind. The front seems to be longer than the back when I am wearing it.
Overall, I like this rugged warm jacket. It will probably be too warm to wear when the weather hits 60 degrees but I am enjoying it now in March.”
