“Absolutely beautiful craftsmanship, but a poor fit. Quality is outstanding-- however the jacket runs sizes small. Will not give you the cool slouchy effect you may be looking for. Not for petites. If you are 5'5" or taller or long waisted, I would give this style a try. Really disappointed in the fit of this. But the quality is so excellent I know it is the perfect piece for someone out there. I will say I ordered sizes up from my usual US size, and still could not raise my arms above my head. Additionally I was charged a fee to return the item, and was forced to print box and ship and pay for the return package, instead of the usual happy returns process, so that adds insult to injury. 0/5 customer service and return experience.”
